Reservations

• Cat skiing depends on advance reservations to fill seats each day.  Our reservation and cancellation policy is easy to understand and we will strictly enforce both policies.
• A deposit of 50% of your total reservation amount is required at the time of booking your skiing dates.  Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 
• If you are sending a check, we must receive it within ten (10) days of your initial reservation request.  Reservations not guaranteed with a 50% deposit will be cancelled.
• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  Please have your card number and expiration date ready so we can process it for the deposit amount.
• Reservations with less than 30 days notice require payment in full for all days reserved and are non-refundable.  Please have your credit card ready so we can charge the total amount due.

Cancellations

• If you must cancel your reservations 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $25.00 service fee.
• Cancellations without 30 days notice forfeit all deposits and skiing fees paid.
• No Refunds or credits will be given for missed skiing due to skier ability, fitness, equipment failure, or personal choice.
• Unlike heli-skiing, the snow cat can access the mountain during inclement weather conditions.  Be prepared to ski challenging weather and snow conditions.  Safety is our main concern.  The decision to ski or not will be made each morning by the lead guide.
• If severe weather or unsafe snow conditions forces the lead guide to cancel skiing for day, we will offer to reschedule your reservation during the current season, go to a nearby lift service ski area, or go snowmobiling.
